2003-07 Hummer H2 V8-6.0L K&N Kit Installation Instructions

1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable.
3. Disconnect the mass air sensor electrical connection.
2. Remove the 8mm bolt that retains then engine cover onto the engine then remove the cover from vehicle.
4. Loosen the hose clamp at the throttle body.
5. Loosen the hose clamp at the mass air sensor.
6. Detach the intake tube from the throttle body and mass air sensor then remove the intake assembly.
NOTE: K&N recommends that customers do not discard factory air intake.
7. Remove the 3 10mm bolts that retain the air box onto the vehicle. Read more…

Air Intake Extension (S2000) Installation Instructions

Tools needed:
· Sidecutters
· Small flat tip screwdriver
· Cling Wrap
· Dremel Tool (Optional)

1) The first step is to remove the air conditioning service cover. Open the bonnet. The A/C service panel surrounds the bonnet locking mechanism and is secured to the air guide with 4 plastic screw locks. Unscrew
these plastic rivets about 4 or 5 turns then pull them out. You can then remove the cover.
2) Next, remove the air guide. The air guide is secured buy four plastic screw locks into the front cross member and four plastic pop rivets into a ledge down inside the front bar. The four screw locks are easily removed. The four pop rivets are very hard to get to. The trick is to fold the back of the guide down under the crosmember so you have more room to get to the pop rivets. Use a small flat blade screwdriver to lever up the centers of the plugs, then lift out.

Muz Honda JDM Badges (S2000) Installation Instructions

Tools needed:
· Adhesive solvent (such as Xenit Adhesive Remover)
· Dental floss
· Isopropanol alcohol

1) Use an adhesive solvent to spray the badge you are removing. Make sure you use an adhesive solvent (such as Xenit Adhesive Remover) that won’t damage the paint.

2) Once the solvent has penetrated the backing of the badge use a length of dental floss and gently work it under the edge of one of the top badge corners. Once you have the floss behind the badge you can use it like a saw in a back and forth motion to gradually ‘cut’ through the backing adhesive and separate the badge from the body of the car.
